Cola de Mono (Chilean Christmas Drink)
Cola de Mono (Tail of the Monkey) is a traditional Chilean Christmas drink made from milk, cinnamon, coffee, tequila, and vanilla. 

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups oatmilk or milk of your choice
  • 1 cup coconut sugar or white sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 cup strong decaf or regular coffee
  • 2 cups tequila
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Combine the milk, sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer a few minutes to dissolve the sugar.
  • Let cool, then add the coffee, tequila and vanilla. When completely cool, decant to a carafe or large bottle, and chill in the fridge.
